Recommended Use:
Adults: Shake well before using. Take 1 tablespoon directly after each meal (up to three times daily). May be taken as it comes from the bottle or in water, milk, or as desired. Also very effective when taken with #85 Cod Liver Oil, since vitamin D is necessary for proper calcium utilization.
