We prepare our Corn Silk Extract from the fresh stigma & style (“silk”) of corn ears (Zea mays) which are certified organically grown on our own farm. To assure optimal extraction of Corn Silk’s bioactive compounds, the silk is carefully hand-harvested and is then taken directly to our laboratory and promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent.
