Marcozyme contains the following key ingredients:

Suggested Use:
In Germany, physicians prescribe high dose proteolytic enzyme therapy during acute inflammations.
Adults:
Acute Conditions: For digestion purposes, take 1-3 tablets after meals. For acute inflammation, injuries, or immune support take 5 tablets, every one to two hours until improvement is realized (up to three days), then reduce frequency and dose.
Chronic Conditions: For inflammatory, immune system support or cancer support take 3 to 5 tablets two to three times daily, one hours before or two to three hours after meals.
These doses are based on a 160-pound person.
Children: 1/2 or less of the adult dosage.
