Servings Per Container: 60
Ages 4 to 8 take 2 vegetable capsules per day with a meal. Ages 9 and up take 2 vegetable capsules twice daily with a meal. Ages under 4, consult your health care professional.
Begin with 1 cap per day for the first week, followed by 2 capsules per day for the second week until the Suggested Use is reached by age as described above, or as directed by your heal care professional.
