We prepare our Wood Betony Extract from the flowering top & leaf of Stachys officinalis plants which are certified organically grown on our own farm.
To assure optimal extraction of Wood Betony’s bioactive compounds, the plants are hand-harvested as they come into flower, are carefully shade-dried and cleaned of stems, and the remaining leaf & flower is then thoroughly extracted.
